Washboard Abs

If you're like me, you almost never watch live TV.  I pretty  much only watch shows I have recorded on our DVR or on Netflix, which means I never have to sit through commercials.  However, during a recent Biggest Loser episode, I happened to accidentally catch one.  And I'm so glad I did.
